Mailbox lock replacement for condo lobby mailrooms, HOA cluster boxes, and small business mailboxes.
Lobby unit mailboxes in beachfront condos, USPS-style cluster mailbox lock changes (where allowed by the carrier route), commercial mail slot locks, and individual residential boxes.
Some condo associations require the work to be coordinated with the front desk or the property management office, especially for lobby mailrooms. We will follow building rules and provide a replacement lock that matches the existing style.
On USPS-installed cluster boxes the carrier-side master access is controlled by USPS. Tenant-side locks can be replaced - bring proof of residency.
Tell us what happened, where you are, and what hardware is involved. We give you an upfront price range and a time window.
For lockouts we confirm photo ID and proof of ownership. For installs we confirm the door type and what you want.
A technician arrives in our service vehicle with the parts, blanks, and programming gear most jobs need.
You see the work tested in front of you. You pay only for what was agreed before we started.
Before we arrive, take a clear photo of your driver's license and have a second photo of your registration, lease, deed, or rental agreement ready. Having both ready cuts the visit time roughly in half and protects you from someone calling a locksmith on a property that isn't theirs.
Locksmith pricing depends on a few honest factors: the type of lock or vehicle, how late or early the call is, distance to the job, and any parts that need to be supplied. We give you a clear price range when you call so you know what to expect - and we never start work without your go-ahead.
